Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 days or 14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. \

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
